A-Answer the questions about the text in your own words (4x3p)
Today, an urban myth can spread across the world in a few days, thanks to e-mail. Recently, millions of people received the following e-mail message. They read it, believed it, and sent it to their friends.
My daughter and I had just finished a salad at a famous café in Dallas, USA called the Mason-Lewis Café. I decided to try the ‘Mason-Lewis Cookie’ It was so good that I asked for the recipe, but the waitress refused. ‘Well’, I said, ‘Would you let me buy the recipe?’ With a smile, she said, ‘Yes, madam. Only two fifty. It’s a great deal!’
Thirty days later, I received my credit card statement. At the bottom of the statement, it said, ‘Cookie Recipe-$250.00’. I phoned Mason’s and told them the waitress said it was ‘two-fifty,’ which clearly doesn’t mean ‘two hundred and fifty dollars’. However, Mason-Lewis refused to give me back the money. ‘You have already seen the recipe’,they said,‘so we can’t give you your money back. Our recipes are worth a lot of money.’
‘OK’ I thought. I can’t get my $250 back but I can have some fun. I decided to send the recipe to everyone I know with an e-mail address. And here it is! Yesterday at six o’clock I was driving home from work and as usual there was a heavy traffic. Because the weather was very hot, I opened all the windows of the car. I was driving along Apple Street and I stopped at the red light. A shop on the street was selling things and people were looking at the prices of the clothes. I was very tired and while I was waiting for the lights to change, I was listening to the radio.

Suddenly a boy came to the side of my car, took my bag and started to run. He was running through the crowd. I stopped the car but the cars behind me were beeping the horns. WHY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU?
People need to be active to be healthy. Our modern lifestyle and all the conveniences we've become used to have made us inactive - and that's dangerous for our health. Sitting around in front of the TV or the computer, riding in the car for even a short trip to the store and using elevators instead of stairs or ramps all contribute to our inactivity.
Physical inactivity is as dangerous to our health as smoking! Add up your activities during the day in periods of at least 10 minutes each. Start slowly and build up. If you're already doing some light activities move up to more moderate ones. A little is good, but more is better if you want to achieve health benefits. Scientists say 60 minutes of physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve your health. Time needed depends on effort - as you progress to moderate activities, you can cut down to thirty minutes, four days a week. Physical activity doesn't have to be very hard to improve your health.
This goal can be reached by building physical activities into your daily routine. Just add up in periods of at least ten minutes each throughout the day. After three months of regular physical activity, you will notice a difference - people often say getting started is the hardest part.
